Kim Gaddy is responsible for attaining the strategic goals set by the Utility Analytics Institute. She acts as an advocate for Institute members. Her role includes product and program development, community development, market research, product delivery, sales support and management of the Institute's working groups.
She has authored numerous articles, case studies, and white papers and is a frequent conference and webinar speaker and moderator. Kim has over 20 years of experience in the utilities and telecommunications industries. Previously, Kim held the position of senior director, client solutions, at Vertex Business Services. Earlier in her career, Kim held leadership positions in product management, regulatory, and sales at AT&T. She holds a BBA from Texas Tech University and an MBA from St. Edward's University.
