Mar 11, 2010 -- FIND, Inc. - The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering issuance of an exemption from the requirements of Part 50 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Appendix R, "Fire Protection Program for Nuclear Power Facilities Operating Prior to January 1, 1979," issued to Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (the licensee), for the operation of the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant (JAFNPP) located in Oswego County, NY.
