OG&E to put interim rate increase into effect Friday

PAUL MONIES The Oklahoman - OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma Gas and Electric Co. said Wednesday it will implement a $69.5 million interim rate increase as it awaits a decision from state regulators in its pending rate case.
