The attempt to acquire Oncor Electric Delivery Co. last year for $9 billion fell through when Sempra Energy swooped in and acquired the Texas utility. UBS speculates Warren Buffett’s firm Berkshire Hathaway will take another stab at utilities. However, the firm recently announced plans to form a health care company with Amazon and J.P. Morgan.
