Depending on your experience hiring or working with millennials, you may view this subgroup as "entitled and lazy" or "entrepreneurial and adaptive." Either way, this article provides insights on how to engage them in the workplace. Outside of this article, my personal favorite phrase about conducting business with millennials is "it's cool to care," meaning they are on average concerned with supporting philanthropic causes. This source of motivation can help keep your employees engaged.
