1. The save in cost, is still vague, and too early to be told. But, bearing in mind that we are having huge amount of ocean /sea water at our disposal and they are free! This water would be reused again and again.

2. This methodology is a virgin one and that no party have ever tried before. I did include in this system, electronic water level control. This is an advanced stage of energy generation, where safety is also been taken into consideration in my design work  as the system is to be built on land, below the sea-level.

3. The normal metering system could be in place, as you would have abandunce of energy reserves for developments. 

Just remember, the waters of the ocean/seas could also be transported through pipings to inland feeder reservoirs in order to run the system. Nuclear Energy? You could just knock-off with the idea!

Briefly, the use of sea water as a source of electrical generation, is to have the ability to supply huge power for the rest of the globe.

Water from the sea is tapped through the canal or piping, and direct it goes to the Feeder Reservoir on land. The reservoir should be able to accommodate water static pressure of >8 Bar.

Output is taken from the bottom, through Bladed Spiral Cup. This is to ensure that out flowing water is very forceful. From here water is taken through a flexible reinforced silicone rubber tubing. It then is connected to a grooved spiral barrel which is then connected to the High Pressure Adjustable Nozzle. A forceful, concentrated head water pressure resulted, and would be able to travel in a gyroscopic manner, to bombard the rotor blades of the turbine. The blades used are of sirocco type.

Used water, immediately leaves the blades upon impact. As the blades not submerged into water, it faces zero resistance and no drag. Thus, it would be able to turn harmoniously without any obstruction. The used water, would then makes its way to the Spent Reservoir.

Water level in the Spent Reservoir is guarded by the Electronics Sensors and A Suction Pump. The operation of the pump is automatic. When water level reaches the High Limit sensor, only the Suction Pump operates. It would continue its operation, until the water level drops below the Low Limit Sensor, then only the pump stops. The operation, would then repeats itself automatically.

Possibility of acquiring quality power output is high. Maintainability is also made simple. No damps are required. For future expansion is made easy.
