GE to cut 12,000 jobs in electrical power division
General Electric (GE) announced it was cutting close to 12,000 jobs from its electrical power business unit.
The jobs were all located outside of the U.S. in the unit that produces turbines and generators that power about one-third of the electricity around the world, the company said. CEO John Flannery has been making cuts throughout the year in order to help bring the struggling company running.
Do you think there will be more job cuts to come from GE?
