This is who decides your utility bill, and why you haven't heard of them
This article sort of ties in with my blog post of Feb. 7 in that it buttresses my argument that many customers are clueless about how your utility (and life in general) work. The fact that customers don't understand the role of a regulatory agency is both concerning and frustrating. What it means for you is that must continually educate your customers about what you do, how it works and so on. Repetition is the key.
